SHIPPING POLICY
The standard delivery schedule is as follows:
Batangas 1 to 3 working days
Metro Manila - 3 to 5 working days
Luzon - 5 to 8 working days
Vizayas and Mindanao 7 to 14 working days

Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order. The majority of shipments around Luzon area are shipped by our delivery team. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email. We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.
If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Heavenly Handmade via email at heavenlyhandmadepotteryshop@gmail.com and provide the order number for resolution.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they are required to contact us immediately at 0966-572-5946. Contacting us by phone ensures that we can forward your request for cancellation before it is processed. If the customer contacts us before the order has been processed, the order can be canceled and the customer will not incur any charges. However, If the shipment already left our place, we cannot cancel your order.
RETURN POLICY
In order to be eligible for the refund, you have to notify us within (7) days after the parcel has been received, if the item is deemed to be defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects within 7 days upon receiving the item to Heavenly Handmade via email or you can message our online shop, facebook or instagram page. If the case is deemed valid, Heavenly Handmade will cover related cost to reimburse. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.
Note that if you would like to make a refund and to get the full reimbursement you must first return the purchased item/s. In returning it, all costs related including the shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer. You can get your full reimbursement within 3-7 days after we have receive the defected or damaged item.
